  森科以清华大学毕业博士生为骨干组建一支勇于开拓的研发团队,并与高校科研机构(如清华大学、北京大学)进行广泛技术交流,使技术不断创新。 


森科掌握了多项真空镀膜核心技术,所有的真空镀膜设备都是根据产品的质量要求自主研发。 1998年,开发出工件可以公转与自转,依工艺条件设定转速的镀膜设备。
2000-2003年,开发出在单个炉子上实现多种镀膜方式设备。
2007年,成功研发自动控制系统。
2009年,应用离子源技术。
现在,连续真空炉镀膜机正在测试验证中。

Tritree has developed and designed the vacuum plating systems used in our factories. The systems are custom-made in order to meet product quality requirements. The R&D division works with faculty at Tsing-Hua University and Peking University to ensure that the technology is up to date.

Custom Chambers and Fixtures
1998年,针对手机、钟表质量要求,森科开发出工件可以公转与自转,依工艺条件设定转速 的镀膜设备,这样可以使膜层沉积均匀。

Tritree designed vacuum plating chambers where the fixtures can revolve and rotate work-piece for even coating deposition. The chambers are made to order to suit the work pieces to be plated.

2000-2003年,开发出在单个炉子上实现多种镀膜方式。

如“多弧离子镀”、“多弧磁控溅射镀”、“中频孪生对靶磁控溅射镀”,可根据客户产品质量的要求选择最佳的镀膜方式。
Tritree’s plating systems can perform multiple plating methods in a single chamber.We select the best plating method based on the quality requirements of customers.


1、多弧离子镀 / Multi-Arc Ion Plating
◆离化率高,膜层反应充分,使膜层颜色纯正,沉积速度快。
  High ionization rate, full reaction, pure coating color, fast deposition.
2、中频孪生对靶磁控溅射 
  Mid-Frequency Dual-Target Magnetron Sputtering.
◆细化颗粒,提高亮度,成膜的温度较低,应力较小。
 Fine granule, high gloss, low coating temperature, low stress.
3、以上两种工艺综合应用 
   Multi-Arc and Sputtering Combination Process
◆膜层颜色纯正, 细化颗粒,提高亮度,效率高。
  Pure coating color, fine granule, high gloss, high efficiency.

2007年,自动化控制系统应用

Automatic Control System
2007年,针对钟表、手机镀膜工艺特点森科成功研发出自动控制系统,实现整个镀膜过程自动精确控制,可以自动记录每一炉产品的工艺参数,从而保证了产品质量的稳定性。(如:保证相同PO的产品颜色一致性)森科在同行业中最先应用此项技术。 采用数显自动电子监控系统,可以自动精确控制各种气体的任何时刻的流量,从而准确调制薄膜结构。
In 2007 Tritree developed an automatic control system (optimized for cell phone and watch components) which monitors and controls the entire plating process. It records production parameters of each chamber to ensure consistent quality. Tritree’s control system is proprietary. The control system continuously adjusts the gas flow to ensure uniform film deposition.


2008年,离子源技术

Ion Generator technology
森科公司根据钟表、手机的质量要求对离子源技术进行改进并应用于真空镀膜。与同行业其它公司相比,技术相当成熟。 离子源技术有以下优点: ◆清洁工件;
◆提高离化率,使反应溅射镀膜更充分;
◆改善膜层结构和应力状况,膜层结合力较强。
Tritree has implemented a ion generator specifically for watches and cell phone quality requirements. Ion generators produce a flow of ions which serve to:
◆Clean the work-piece.
◆ Increase the ionization rate, making the chemical reaction more efficient.
◆ Improve film structure and stress status, which increases film adhesion.
